1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Remain, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

2. Description of Service
Remain is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Import chat history from messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Create AI-powered characters based on conversation patterns
- Engage in conversations with these AI characters
- Store and manage conversation memories
3. User Accounts
Your account is tied to your device. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with these terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Remain to:
- Create characters based on conversations without the consent of the other party
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
- Share AI-generated conversations as if they were real
- Use characters for harassment, stalking, or any form of abuse
5. Content Ownership
Regarding content ownership:
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the chat data you import and the conversations you create
- AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by AI characters are created for your personal use
- License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Remain offers premium subscription plans:
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice
7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers
Please understand that:
- AI characters are simulations and do not represent real people
- Responses may not accurately reflect what the original person would say
- AI may occasionally generate unexpected or inaccurate content
- The service is provided for personal entertainment and emotional support
- AI characters should not replace professional mental health support
8. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Intellectual Property
Remain and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and your data.
